Location is 3985 in Dunshire.
There's a teleporter, bindstone and vaults. We're filling the vaults with lowlevel stuff since several people have a need for that.
On Uthgard "/release house" works fine so if you don't have a house of your own yet please do bind at the guildhouse.
To get there the first time take a horse to Maka (most bottom ticket at Tomin) and just before arriving at Dunshire Central Market jump and walk across the bridge, can't miss it.
